The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the building colors are appropriate for the type of architectural
style of the building and enhance the individual identity of the
restaurant use.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon color specifications dated February 11,
1992 and typical building elevation, except as may be amended by
conditions enumberated herein.
10) This approval supercedes the buiiding colors as approved in
application ASAC 51,669.2.
11) The building's wood siding shall be repaired and treated as needed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1992 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
