FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the nature of the business does not require freeway oriented signage.
(Section 17.28.050.A1 Cupertino Municipal Code)
2) That the building sign on the North elevation meets the visibility and
identification needs of applicant. Further, the proposed East elevation
sign is not readily visible from Stevens Creek Blvd. and Highway 85 thus
