RESTAURANT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Cammittee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the new sign colors are not obtrusive and correspond to the building
colors.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Ca mittee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is bsaed upon sign elevation criteria dated April 6,
1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
® 10) The address numbers shall be added to the monument sign post.
11) The green palm trees on the signs are not approved as part of this
application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1992 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
