The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the height adjustment is in conformance with section 8.5.3 of
Ordinance 1449 regulating single family homes.
2) That the height of the building may be increased to a maximum of 30 ft. due
to topographical restrictions.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
is 9) The approval is based upon building planet (8 sheets) dated April 23,
1992 except as may be amended by condition enumerated herein.
10) The owner shall add architectural features on the Fast elevation to
help break up the vertical height.
