ADDRESS: 11111 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 1400, Los Angeles, CA 90025-3348 PRCaTECI' LOCATION: Northwest corner Stevens Creek Blvd. and Wolfe Rd. 1901NORCe�`fl The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the sign meets the criteria set forth by the approved sign program in application ASAC 51, 908.2. 2) That the sign is in consistent with the purpose and intent of Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do no conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon sign elevation criteria dated April 27, 1992 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The existing non -conforming neon "Golden Arches" in the window facing Wolfe Road shall be removed prior to issuance of building permits. 11) The existing neon "Golden Arches" facing the parking lot is approved as part of this application.
