FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the neon window display is consistent with Title 17 at the
Cupertino Municipal Code, as conditioned herein.
2) That the neon window displays will not cause the store front to be too
cluttered with neon window displays.
3) That the neon window display will not set a precedence but its
applicability to future applications will be evaluated at that time.
CONDITIONS:
• 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon sign elevation criteria, dated January 9,
1992, except as may be amended by conditions ernmterated herein.
10) Staff shall have final approval for the color and intensity of the
neon displays.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1992 at the regular meting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Ccmittee of the City of Cupertino,
