APPLICANT: Bill Moore and Associates PROPERTY OWNER: Byer Properties APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1057 Solano Ave.,Albany, CA. 94706 PROJECT LOCATION: Southwest corner Stevens Creek and De Anza Blvds. *1000C`f The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the neon signs, as conditioned herein, are consistent with the purpose and intent of Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. 2) That the sign is for identification purposes. 3) That the neon window display will not set a precedence but its applicability to future applications will be evaluated at that time. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed • herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Sign Criteria exhibits dated May 28, 1992 of application 25-ASAC-92, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The window signs shall not cover more than 25% of the windows at any one time. 11) The applicant shall work with the center owner to notify all tenants of the center that all permanent window signs need permits.
