Reso 1704• RESOLUTION NO. 1704 ASAC 14-U-91 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN. APPLICANT: Nelson Chao PROPERTY OWNER: Same APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10022 Peninsula Avenue PROJECT LOCATION: Same. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the Architectural appearance, building materials and colors are in substantial conformance with the Monta Vista Design Guidelines. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. • 9) The approval is based upon site plan dated August 17, 1992, Elevations labeled 2B dated September 9, 1992, and Kelly Moore paint colors No. 231 Spanish Sand and No.27 Bone, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) Lighting at the front of the building shall be approved by staff prior to issuance of building permits. 11) The sign program for the building shall be approved by ASAC prior to its installation. 12) That the Landscape plan dated September 8, 1992 is not approved as part of this application but shall be returned to ASAC at such time as the land between the driveway and Stevens creek Blvd. is abandoned to the property owners. 13) The three eucalyptus trees on the east side of the building shall be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and irrigation shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building.
