Reso 1707® ASAC. 51,834.2 RESOLUTION NO. 1707 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TO PLACE ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS AROUND AN UNIMPROVED PARKING LOT TO PREVENT PARKING. APPLICANT: Batch Brothers PROPERTY OWNER: Batch Brothers APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 22960 Stevens Creek Blvd. PROJECT LOCATION: 22960 Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the bollards will prevent trucks or other automobiles from parking on an unimproved lot. 2) That the bollards will not cause an obtrusive affect to the area. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based on site plan exhibit of ASAC 51,834.2, except as may be amended by the special conditions enumerated herein. 10) The applicant shall place 3 ft. high wood bollards at 6 ft. on center around the perimeter of the unimproved portions of the applicants lots. The wood bollards shall be a minimum of 6" X 6" size. The precise location of the bollards shall be approved by staff.
