West of Finch Ave. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the proposed monument signs do not conform with Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. 2) That denial of this application will not cause practical difficulties, unnecessary hardships, or inconsistencies with the purpose and intent of Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
