The Architectural and Site Approval Ccamnittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign is consistent with the provisions of the approved
sign program.
OONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Ccmuaittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sign E�ibits dated March 1, 1989 of
Application ASAC 51,698.2 except as may be amended by Conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The subject sign shall be no higher than 12 feet.
11) The sign setback policy shall be met.
12) All previous conditions not modified by this approval remain in full
force and effect.
13) A landscape planter shall be installed around the new sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Ccmnnittee of the City of Cupertino,
