OF 1 ARCUITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVALCOMMITTEE OF THE CITY' OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN OFFICE 0CMPLEX APPLICANT: Calprom (Apple Computer) PROPERTY MNER: Prometheus Development APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 2600 Campus Dr., Ste. 200 San Mateo, CA PROJECT LOCATION: 20400 & 20450 Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The signs included in this approval are gererally consistent with the limitations prescribed for commercial use districts as defined in Title XVII of the Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Sign Exhibits dated October 9, 1989 of Application ASAC-51,875.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The Blade 1 sign on Stevens Creek Blvd. is not included in this approval. 11) At such time that one or more additional buildings are constructed within the City Center site, an overall sign program must be submitted to the City, wherein existing signs will be re-evaluated.
