OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL OOPMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS
TO INSTALL AN EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDES A
ROOF MOUNTED STACK AND EQUIPMENT FOR AN INDUSTRIAL/OFFICE BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The stack and equipment are part of an emissions control system and
will be beneficial to the environment.
2) The equipment and stack are part of a system which was previously
approved (ASAC 51,845.2).
3) The entire hydrocarbon emissions control system is being installed in
response to requirements of the Bay Area Air Quality Management
District.
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sheets ARB1-ARB5 of Application
ASAC-51,845.4 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) Additional trees shall be planted along the property line bordering
the freeway to more effectively screen the roof mounted equipment.
The number of trees to be planted and the locations are subject to
staff approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
