FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Conmiittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed changes to building elevations are consistent with the
previous approval, and with the provisions of Ordinance 575,
regulating duplex zones.
CONDITIONS:
8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Cammittee conditions to the
• extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Site Plan, Floor Plans and Elevations dated
August 8, 1989 of Application ASAC-51,857.2, except as.may be amended
by conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
