FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Ccmnittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed signs are consistent with the limitations prescribed for
commercial use districts as defined in Title XVII of the Cupertino
Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Connittee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sign Exhibits dated June 13, 1989 of
Application ASAC-51,862.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The address shall be included on the'monument sign.
11) The monument sign shall have a base no higher than 1' 4" and a sign
face not to exceed 6' x 6'.
12) The location of the sign shall be changed to the center of the
landscaped area along the frontage and shall meet the sign setback
policy (Minute Order 1488).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Ccatumittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
