The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with
respect to this application:
1. The proposed modifications to the sign program are consistent with the
limitations prescribed for commercial use districts as defined in
Title XVII of the Cupertino Municipal Code.

1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Sheet A-1 dated May 24, 1989 of
Application ASAC 51,820.1 Revised, except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) The location of the monument sign is subject to approval of the
City Traffic Engineer.
11) The color palette shall be expanded to include red.
12) All previous conditions of approval for ASAC 51,820.1 not
modified by this resolution shall remain in full force and
effect.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
