OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A
FREESTANDING TENANT"SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard .
to this application:
1) The proposed ground sign is consistent with the Monta Vista Design
Guidelines.
2) The proposed ground sign is consistent with Section 17.28.120 of the
Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent. that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed.,herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Elevation and Site Plan Exhibits of
Application. ASAC-51,849.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The address'of the building shall be included on the sign.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
