The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed addition meets setback and building coverage requirements
of Ordinance 575,regulating residential duplex zones.
2) The proposed work will improve and enhance the property.

extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed

conditions enumerated herein.
