FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Ccm4nittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The lighting of the parking lot is provided for the safety and general
welfare of the members and staff of the church.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed -herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Site Plan dated 3-24-89 of Application
ASAC-51,843.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) The light source shall be shielded as to prevent any glare and
high intensity reflections to the adjoining residences and public
right-of-way. The light level (measured in foot candles) shall be
consistent with city standards.
11) The applicant shall review the situation with adjoining
neighbors. If a conflict arises that cannot be resolved this
application shall return to ASAC for review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Cannittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
