Reso 1461ASAC-51,846.1 is 0 RESOLUTION NO. 1461 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMII'I'I'EE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPNENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR A MUL -TENANT RETAIL BUILDING APPLICANT: Stowers Associates PROPERTY OWNER: North West DeAnza Associates APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1978 The Alameda San Jose, CA 95126 PROJECT LOCATION: 10495 South DeAnza Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed signs are generally consistent with the provisions of Sections 17.24.050 and 17.24.270 of the Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Camnittee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Site Plan dated 4-5-89 of Application ASAC-51,846.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The number of building mounted signs shall be limited to one street facing sign and one interior parking lot sign per tenant. 11) The sign shall be limited to an area no greater than one square foot .for each foot of length of the tenant space wall segment on which the sign is located. 12) The wall signs.shall consist of individual channel letters having a maximum height of 18 inches and serif type letter style. 13) The address of the shopping center shall appear on the building and be visible to passing motorists. 14) The approved colors are amber gold and orange. Two additional colors from the approved color palette may be chosen for additional signs.
