OF i ARCHITECIURAL AND SITE APERCAMCOMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO PECOMMEDNING APPROVAL OF IM AWNINGS FOR A RESTAURANT IN A 10=-TENAM RETAIL COMPLEX APPLICANT: Marie Callender Is PROPERTY OWNER: Byer Properties APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 20750 Stevens Creek Boulevard PROJECT LOCATION: Crossroads Center FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The proposed awnings are compatible with existing architecture. 2) The proposed awnings are consistent with the provisions of Section 17.28.010 of the Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions • listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits dated 2/18/89 of Application ASAC-51,840.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) ASAC shall review any plans to illuminate the awnings.
