FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed change of location for a freestanding sign is
inconsistent with the intent of the requirements for one foot of
setback for every one foot in sign height.
2. The proposed location presents a safety problem as the line of sight
for vehicles would be blocked by the sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino
