FINDINGS:
The Architectural. and Site Approval Cxmmytittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed signs- are generally consistent with the provisions of
Sections 17.24.080 and 17.16.010 of the Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
® 9) The approval is based upon Site Plan and Car Wash Elevations of
Application .ASAC-51,835.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The building mounted directional signs for the car wash shall be
no larger than 8 sq. ft. in area.
11) Approval is contingent upon the removal of advertising signs for
the Food Mart.

the Architectural and Site Approval C.camittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
