The Architectural and Site Approval Committee Finds as Follows with regard
to this Application:
1) That the proposed monument sign, modified according to the
conditions specified in this Resolution, is consistent with the size
limitations .specified- in Section 6.03.4 of Ordinance 746 concerning
stations.

The. proposed monument sign is approved based on Exhibits A-1 and F-1
cf' Application-: ASAC;-51.,634.1 as may be modified by conditions
contained in this Resolution.
2, � ldg -PROGRAM MODI17I<:ATIONS
The proposed monument sign shall be modified at the building permit
stage to reflect the following rlianges:
a) Rsduction in overall height of the sign to a maximum of 5.5 feet
as measured from adjoining grade.
b) Provision of a street address number on the sign base surfaces
facing westbound and eastbound traffic respectively on Stevens
Creek Boulevard.
