The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
tb'the subject application:
1) That the approved sign program, as amended by conditions contained
in this.Resolution, complies with the requirements of Ordinance 746,
and with the Stevens Creek Boulevard Sidewalk Plan.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A-2, A-3, B-1,
F-2, F-3 and F-4 of Application ASAC 51,624.11, except as may be
amended by conditions specified herein.
10) The approved freestanding sign shall be located behind the back of
the sidewalk adjoining Stevens Creek Boulevard the maximum distance
possible, consistent with the provisions of the Stevens Creek
Boulevard Sidewalk Plan.
11) No more than three tenant names per face shall be displayed at any
time on the approved freestanding sign. A functional list of up to
three generic business names may be provided per face, in accordance
with the City Sign Ordinance.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll -call vote:
