OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURE FOR REMODEL OF AN EXISTING DWELLING
WITHIN THE NONTA VISTA AREA.

FINDINGS
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject application:
1) The proposed exterior forms and materials of the remodel/addition
are consistent with the intent of Condition 17(b) of 33 U-85 as
specfied in Planning Commission Resolution 2689.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The reccnmmendation of approval is based on Exhibits B and B-1 of
Application ASAC 51,637.1, except as may be amended by conditions
specified herein.
10) The applicant shall enhance the remaining garage door, subject to
staff approval at the building permit stage.
11) Nothing in this recommendation of approval shall be interpreted as
relieving the applicant from compliance with all applicable
requirements of the Uniform Building Code.
