Reso 1201RESOLUTION NO. 1201 OF THE ARCEIITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPER TINO APPROVING A FREESTANDING SIGN FOR AN EXISTING SHOPPING CENTER 4 PROPERTY OWNER: Byer Properties APPLICANT: Michael Horton ADDRESS: 10601 S. De Anza Blvd Cupertino, CA. 95014 LOCATION: De Anza Blvd., northerly of Bollinger Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the proposed freestanding sign conforms to the dimensional requirements for Commercial use areas prescribed in Section 17.24.090 of the Sign Code. 2) That the proposed freestanding sign is substantially in conformance with approvals granted by the ASAC under Resolution 1109 approved on August 13, 1984. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
