LOCATION: De Anza Blvd., southerly of Route 280
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the proposed freestanding sign, as amended by conditions
specified in this Resolution, will conform to the dimensional
requirements for Commercial use areas prescribed in Section
17.24.090 of the Sign Code.
2) That the findings for an exception allowing display of a ground sign
on this site are contained in ASAC Resolution 888.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
• 9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F-1 of
Application ASAC 51,644.1, except as may be amended by conditions
contained herein.
10) Sign face area shall be limited to fifty (50) sq. ft. per face, and
shall be limited to an overall height of 9'-4" above adjacent top of
curb. The sign shall be set back from De Anza Boulevard as
prescribed in Condition 10(a) of Resolution 888, and shall include a
street address number.
11) All provisions of Resolution 888 of the Architectural and Site
Approval committee not in conflict with this Resolution shall remain
in effect.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll -call vote:
