1) The proposed freestanding sign and director system is consistent
with the Sign Standards stated on Page 23 of the Monta Vista Design
Guidelines, and is consistent with the dimensional restrictions
contained in Section 17.24.060 of the Sign Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F-1 of ASAC
51,664.1, except as may be amended by conditions specified herein.

the Architectural and -Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
