1) The applicant has provided substantial documentation of the tree 's
decay and demonstrated that continued retention of the tree
represents a potential safety hazard.
CONDITIONS:
1) Permission to remove the subject tree, as identified in the subject
application file, is granted pursuant to the applicant's ability to
obtain all necessary City permits.
2) The Homeowner's Association shall provide one (1) 24" box specimen
replacement oak tree in the same or nearby location in replacement
of the deleted specimen.
