ADDRESS: 1201 Park Ave. #204 Emeryville, CA. 94608 TCX'ATTON: N/W Corner of De Anza Blvd. and Homestead Road FINDINGS: 1) The approved sign program, subject to the conditions listed in this Resolution, is consistent with the limitations on display of service station signs described. in Sections 17.24.080 and 17.24.050 of the Sign Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based on Exhibits A-1, F-1 and F-2 of ASAC 51,662.1, except as may be amended by conditions specified herein. ® 10) Only the wall mounted sign price display and one additional building mounted sign depicted on Exhibit F-2 is approved for display; the "Ad" and "Snack Shop" signs are specifically disapproved and shall be deleted.
