Reso 1237ASAC 51,675.1 RESOII7TION NO. 1237 THE ARCEIITECI'URAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A MU= -TENANT OFFICE/COMMERCIAL CENTER PROPERTY OWNER: Deke Hunter - Hunter Properties APPLICANT: Craig L. Maynard (Cal Neon Signs) ADDRESS: 1577 Almaden Road San Jose, CA 95125 LOCATION: 10525 & 10527 De Anza Blvd. & McClellan FINDINGS: The ASAC funds as follows with respect to this application: 1) The proposed sign program, as amended by conditions, is consistent with the intent of Ordinance 746. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 1st Revision and F-2 of Application ASAC-51,675.1 except as amended below. 10) The maximum letter height for the addition to 10525 N. De Anza Boulevard is 1'-611. • 11) The maximum sign area for tenants of the new building (10527 S. De Anza Boulevard) is 30 square feet. This provision shall be automatically repealed if a subsequent use permit amendment authorizes commercial uses. 12) Tenants are restricted to one sign with the exception of the southerly tenant space of 10527 S. De Anza Boulevard as depicted on Exhibit F-1 lst Revision which may utilize two signs.
