1) The sign is consistent with the intent of Cupertino Sign Ordinance
regarding signage for cc muercial establishments.
2) The sign facilitates public convenience in locating the shopping
facilities which are located a minimum of 210 feet from the
street.
3) The ground sign area is justified given the usually large amount
of street frontage.
4) The sign design is consistent with these aproved under Application
ASAC 51,678.2
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
• that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based upon Exhibits Staff Exhibit and F-2 of
Application ASAC 51,670.1.
• PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of November, 1986, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
