OF THE CITY OF CUPE=O APPROVING A GROUND
SIGN AND DIRECTIONAL SIGN FOR AN EXISTING
SHOPPING CENTER.

LOCATION: Wolfe and Homestead Roads
1) The signs are consistent with the intent of the Cupertino Sign
Ordinance regarding signage for commercial establishments.
2) The ground sign area is justified given the unusually large
amount of frontage.
• 3) The sign designs are consistent with the ground sign approved
along Homestead Road.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
• herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based upon Exhibits A, F-1, and F-2. of
Application ASAC 51,678.2
10) All new tenant panel shall utilize the colors specified on
Exhibit F-1.
