OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING.APPROVAL OF SITE,
ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING MODIFICATIONS`.TO AN EXISTING
RESTAURANT LOCATED AT THE EASTERN SIDE OF PORTAL PLAZA.

The Architectural and Site.Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do...not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits B, B-1, B-2 and
Informational of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. The subject restaurant is allocated 35 parking spaces on the Portal
Plaza Shopping Center site, and thus is limited to the number. of employees
and seats specified on Exhibit B-2, or a similar combination that maintains
the required parking ratio.
11. The applicant shall repair any major pavement deficiencies in the Portal
Plaza Shopping Center parking lot subject to the review and approval of
the Director of Public Works. Said repairs shall be completed to the
staff's satisfaction prior to issuance of building permits, unless a
financial guarantee'instrument is presented at that:time.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
