FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application.
1. That the subject development is consistent with approvals granted by
Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 1996, 1997 and 1998.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
® 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, C',.and, Ems,
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. Prior to release of building permits for the subject development, deferred
parking lot and circulation improvement agreements for the Peninsula Blvd.
right-of-way in front -of the Monta Vista Inn shall be executed. Said
recorded agreement shall be subject to approval by the Director of Public
Works and the City Attorney.
11. Signing is continued to a later date.
12. ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require
correction of any off -site light intensity impacts from fixtures
approved under this application.
13. The parking lot lighting fixtures shall be located in'a manner such
that --cement bases are no"t.required'fof'protection from vehicles.
