OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATIONS TO SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LIGHTING
FOR A 10,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING, AND REQUESTING
APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPING FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING/
TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the subject development will provide a satisfactory on -site
circulation system and ensure a harmonious integration of land uses.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
® 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event that a conflict does exist, the.special
conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A lst Revision,
B lst Revision, Bl lst Revision, C 2nd Revision, E lst Revision, and
E-1 of Application HC-51,487.1 except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. Conditions 10, 13, 14, 16 and 17 of ASAC Resolution No. 884 shall
reihain in full force and effect. Likewise, previous approvals of
Exhibits B-2, lst Revision, B-3., lst Revision and B-4 of Application
HC-51,487.1 shall remain valid. All other conditions and exhibits
specified in Resolution No. 884 are void and superceded by conditions
specified in this resolution.
