OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
LANDSCAPING FOR A NEW OFFICE BUILDING.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application.
1. That the proposed landscape theme is consistent with the De Anza
Boulevard Conceptual Plan guidelines.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit C except as
may be amended by conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1980, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
