OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, APPROVING MODIFICATION
TO A SIGN PROGRAM IN THE DEL ORO SHOPPING CENTER.
PROPERTY OWNER: MTC, Inc.
APPLICANT: MTC, Inc.
ADDRESS: 1932 S. Bascom Avenue, #7, Campbell, CA 95008
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Stevens
Creek Boulevard.
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the original sign program for this shopping center is consistent
with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746.
Conditions of. Approval:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The sign program modifications specified in ;- ASAC Resolution No. 960
are void. The original sign program specified in Exhibit F-3 shall
prevail.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1980, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
