FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the original sign program for this shopping center is consistent with the intent and purpose of Sign Ordinance 746. Conditions of. Approval: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The sign program modifications specified in ;- ASAC Resolution No. 960 are void. The original sign program specified in Exhibit F-3 shall prevail.
