PROPERTY OWNER: Good Samaritan United Methodist Church APPLICANT: Warren Gilbert Associates ADDRESS: 168 Jackson Street, San Jose, CA 95112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of Linnet Lane and Homestead Road FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed architectural modification is compatible with the subject building and site layout. Conditions of Approval: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The -'recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The applicant shall make a good faith effort to pursue alternate design solutions (i.e., wood, etc.) that will be more.architectually compatible with the existing church. The applicant shall advise staff of the findings of said research.
