OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COitiLMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION (PATIO
COVER) FOR AN EXISTING CIIURCH.
PROPERTY OWNER: Good Samaritan United Methodist Church
APPLICANT: Warren Gilbert Associates

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of Linnet Lane and Homestead Road
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the proposed architectural modification is compatible with the subject
building and site layout.
Conditions of Approval:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. The -'recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The applicant shall make a good faith effort to pursue alternate design
solutions (i.e., wood, etc.) that will be more.architectually compatible
with the existing church. The applicant shall advise staff of the findings
of said research.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1980, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
