Reso 0968HC751,476.1 I� RESOLUTION NO. 968 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING TO BE LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD. PROPERTY OWNER: George H. Buck APPLICANT: George H. Buck ADDRESS: 1112 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard. FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed development, as amended by conditons contained herein, reflects conformance with approvals granted under Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 2064 and 2066. Conditions of Approval: is 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard -Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditons as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1st�Revision;- A-1, A-2, B-lst Revision, and C of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The applicant may, at the City's future option, be required to implement site plan changes similar to those depicted in Exhibit A-1. Said modifications may be required in accordance with Planning Commission Resolution No. 2065, Condition 18 (relating to ingress/egress easements). 10. Precise site, architecture, landscaping And lighting plans shall be submitted for staff approval at the building permit level. 11.
