Trees are to be located in informal cluster arrangements. 5. Presentation: Marvin Kirkeby, Project Engineer Denis Henmi/Sylvia Kwan, Representing applicant Committee Review: - With proper landscaping, the grade level along Rodrigues Avenue is acceptable. - Committee favors reduciAo the apparent height of the retaining wall along the east property line adjoining the Lake Piltmore Apartment complex. Several methods to be explored, may incl'lude: 1. Reducing retaining wall height and increasing the slope ❑f the landscape area. 2. Terracing. _. Stepping down fro units to a lower flat area with a resultant 'lower retaining wall.
