OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTIWO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A COMMERCIAL SERVICE STATION~

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows
with respect to this applicationx
1) That the proposed Sign Program is generally consistent
with the provisions of Section 6.07 of Ordinance No. 746
for commercial uses.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict

conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
B. That the recommendation of approval is based cm Exhibits
E-1n E-4 and E-5 of Application HC-51n242~1 except as
may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The Sign Program approved for this site shall consist of
those elements depicted on the Exhibits enumerated in
Condition 8 of this application and shall be restricted
to the following items:
One double-faced ground sign as depicted on Exhibit
E-5; one non -illuminated building mounted sign
measuring 3 ft. x 10 -ft. with the ^AxL;u spark"
logos to be placed on the east wall of the
building; one pump island spandrel sign as depicted
on Exhibit E-4 with copy limited to the words
"self-service" and "24-hours".
The pump -top posters and canopy fascia color bands
d�p�cted on Exhibit E-4 are not ar-pproved. Further, the
building fascia color panels depicted on Exhibit E-2 are
not approved.

10. All existing signs on the site not in conformance with
���h the Sign Program shall be removed. No other signing
�N� shall be displayed without specific prior authorization
o+ the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
