FINDINGS-.
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows
with respect to this application.
1. The proposed development is consistent with the provisions
of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2170, and applicable
provisions of Architectural and Site Approval Committee
Resolution No. 984.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL-.

extent that they do not conflict with th2 Special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply-
B. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1,
A-2k1j A-3, B-1, C-1, and E-1 through E-3 of Application
HC-51,563.1 except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. Should the applicants wish to add a ground -based mechanical
enclosure, details of the location and architecture of said
facility will be subject to informal ASAC r2View prior to
construction.
10. The site plan (Exhibit A-23 shall be modified to provide
two driveway connection points to Site 3 (Trilogy); parking
statistics shall be modified accordingly.
11. Exhibit B-1 shall reflect usage of reflective green -tinted
exterior glazing.

12. Lighting equipment specifications provided at the building
permit level shall demonstrate adequate control of
illumination intensity spill -over to adjoining sites and to
Prumeridge Av2nue.
13. Conceptual landscaping depicted on Exhibit C-1 shall be
revised as necessary to coordinate perimeter- and parking
area plantings with the established theme for the four
building complexl with special attention to the southerly
perimeter plantings used on the "Trilogy" portion of the
site.
