STANDARD CONDITIONS AND 1-14 PLANNING COMMISSION
STANDARD CONDITIONS, WHICH REQUIRES UNDERGROUNDING
OR PLACEMENT AND LANDSCAPE SCREENING OF TRANSFORMERS
SUCH THAT THEY ARE NOT VISIBLE FROM PUBLIC STREET AREAS.
Proposed wording of the Condition is as follows:
Standard Condition No. B. ASACo and Standard Condition No. 15~
Planning Commission.
Electrical and telephone transformers shall be located outside of
landscape areas adjacent to public street rights -of -way and
screened with fencing and landscaping, or undergroanded, such
that they are not visible from public street areas.
