CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-3. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event e* conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the approval is based on Exhibit C-2 and
Applicant's Letter dated September 201 1984 of
Application HC-51'578.2.
10~ The contrast in the proposed building colors of bone
white stucco and dark brown wood trim shall be
"softened" by a darker stucco color or lighter trim
color subject to staff approval at the building permit
leveI-
11. The applicant shall add two Camphor trees (for a total
of 4 new trees) in the front landscape area. The trees
shall be arranged in informal clusters subject to staff
approval at the building permit level.
12' The applicant shall have the option of clay tiles or
fiberglass shingle roof material.
