OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING
SIGN PROGRAM.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. The proposed sign is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746.
a. The sign is not oriented to Stevens Creek Boulevard.
b. The sign area of 8 sq. ft. is very close to the 4 sq. ft. allowed for
informational sign which are exempt from permit requirements.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
® 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard, Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 and F-2 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
9. The sign's border shall consist of 5 ft. 5 in. GLU-laminated board.
10. The posts shall -match the posts holding up the trellis over the building's
entrance.
