Reso 1010HC-51,299.41 RESOLUTION NO. 1010 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM. The proposed sign is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746. a. The sign is not oriented to Stevens Creek Boulevard. b. The sign area of 8 sq. ft. is very close to the 4 sq. ft. allowed for informational sign which are exempt from permit requirements. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: ® 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard, Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 and F-2 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The sign's border shall consist of 5 ft. 5 in. GLU-laminated board. 10. The posts shall -match the posts holding up the trellis over the building's entrance. 0 A.S.A.C.
