COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL
MODIFICATIONS TO THE FRONT OF AN EXISTING
BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The requested modifications will improve the appearance of the shopping
center.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation for approval is based on Exhibits A and C of Application
HC-51,032.21 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The canopy shall be burgandy with P.J. Mulligan's Bar and Grill printed
on it in white letters. Arrangement of print is subject to staff approval.
10. Three 15-gallon trees shall be planted in the planter along Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The tree type is subject to staff approval.
11. The planter under the canopy shall include plants of a variety of scales.
