Reso 1018HC-51,032.21 RESOLUTION NO. 1018 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS TO THE FRONT OF AN EXISTING BUILDING. PROPERTY OWNER: Blaney Associates APPLICANT: P. J. Mulligan's ADDRESS: 19979 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The requested modifications will improve the appearance of the shopping center. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. The recommendation for approval is based on Exhibits A and C of Application HC-51,032.21 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The canopy shall be burgandy with P.J. Mulligan's Bar and Grill printed on it in white letters. Arrangement of print is subject to staff approval. 10. Three 15-gallon trees shall be planted in the planter along Stevens Creek Boulevard. The tree type is subject to staff approval. 11.
