OF THE ARCHITECTURAL ADTD SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
SITE, ARCHITECTURAL, AND LANDSCAPING APPROVAL
FOR A 5,300 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Bandley Drive, approximately 275 ft. north of
Stevens Creek Boulevard.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. The proposal is consistent with the intent of Architectural and Site Approval
Committee Resolution No. 330.
2. The office building is architecturally consistent with the Alpha Beta Shopping
complex.
3. The proposal is consistent with the General Plan.
• CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall
apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and C of
Application HC-51,296.7 except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
9. The height of the landscape mounding shown on Exhibit C shall be subject
to the approval of the City's Traffic Engineer.
10. All trees shall be of an initial container size of 15-gallons and all shrubs
shall be of an initial size of 5-gallons.
11. The applicant shall obtain a parking easement from the adjoining property
owner for the 8 parking spaces along the applicant's southern property
line. Said agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney
and shall be recorded prior to building permit approval. Demonstration
that such an agreement already exists shall constitute compliance with
this condition.

12. Plants with a vertical scale shall be incorporated along the east side
of the building.
13. The number and size of parking stalls shall meet the City's requirements.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
