OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN EXCEPTION TO ALLOW THREE BUILDING -
MOUNTED SIGNS IN LIEU OF THE TWO PERMITTED BY
SECTION 6.03.1 OF SIGN ORDINANCE NO. 746. THE
THIRD SIGN SHALL CONSIST ON ONLY SIX SQ. FT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as.follows with respect to
this application:
1. An exception is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746.
2. Six sq. ft. is only two sq. ft. over the size exempt from the ordinance.
The additional two sq. ft. is necessary in order to make the sign's length
proportional to the automatic teller window.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
® 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-2 lst Revision except
as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The background of the sign shall match the color of the teller mural. The
copy shall be white.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
